Vibes for Life Workshop

Vibes for Life is a sound healing meditative class that focuses on the interconnections of our body, mind and soul. From breath work, to mantra chanting, to personal development worksheets, and meditative sound healing with crystal quartz bowls, we explore our inner worlds and open ourselves to receiving healing and embracing our lifelong experiences.

You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat (we have plenty as well) a journal for note taking, and your own crystals to be charged. Leave the baggage at the door and carry light!
